Our last outing of the year. 117 miles from home. It took us a little over 2 hours to get there. We didn't get to leave quite on time but it all worked out!
A little bit of rain before we left!
It was dark when we hit 39/51 to head south. We were about an hour away at that point.
The weather ended up being nice. We gave our chairs a workout.
We did a little hike for about an hour you will see in the video. There are atv trails if you have one. We also headed over to Peoria to get some ice cream but the first three places we went to were closed. We finally found a DQ that was open. Then we ordered Pizza from the Pizza Works which is also owned by the RV Park owners so you get a discount. We ended up eating there since they had an outdoor area and the dog could go too. The pizza was good!!

Kobi broke his collar and went after another dog which was odd. He has never acted like that before. Once he realized he was off his chain it was off to the races!!!! He was running everywhere! We started after him and a lady with a golf cart came to our rescue and we chased him on the golf cart. Every one in the park was trying to catch him. Finally he went over an embankment and into the pond on the other side. There was only one way out of the pond so we were able to grab him. After his 20 minute run he was pretty tired.
We got home and it poured!!! Great timing!!!
