On the way to Pretty Lake which is in the middle of the middle of nowhere we would pass the Bear Sanctuary so we stopped to check it out. $20 gets you in the door and we got to park in the trees so Kobi could stay in the truck. No dogs allowed. Today's plan:

Good thing I printed all these maps out because as I said before there is no cell service for Verizon. We should have had our picture taken with the cubs. You could do that. There was a line and it only took about 30 seconds. They have 3 separate pens, one for the Mamma's, one for the Pappa's, and one for the cubs.
After about an hour we were off to Pretty Lake for some lunch and kayaking. You guessed it, dirt roads and you had to pay to use any of the lakes up there. I think it was $8.
We had lunch first and then I aired up the boats. I have a SeaEagle 385AFT, the Fun Boat, and a regular SeaEagle 385FT. Dawns boat aired up no problem. My boat aired up and we were off. 50 feet from the shore I noticed my boat was loosing air! Holy Crap!!! We have a problem Houston!! Three years I've had this boat, no issues at all. This is the first one. We headed back in to air up again and see if it really is a problem or did I just not get it done right. Aired up and back in the water for a little bit. Air was leaking again slowly so we had to retire the fun boat for the day! Dawn took her dog around and then took Logan around.
Dawn said she saw a snake when she was looking around towards the beach area. I didn't see it. I did however see this snake that crossed our path right here where we were putting in. He was about 20 ft away. Good thing he was headed the other way!

Last day here....we are packing up and heading home tomorrow. 450 miles back. Cool area!!!
